We are finished taking dahlia tuber orders for the spring! Thank you to all our
customers! Cut flower season begins in late July - early August for those of you in
our area!
Please print this order form and send it with your check or money order,
made payable to Hamilton Dahlia Farm. If you would like to shop online with
paypal, go to our store website at store.hamiltondahliafarm.com.
Retail prices are for orders of fewer than ten (1-9) of a variety. Wholesale prices
are for orders of ten (10+) or more of the same variety.
Shipping and handling cost is 20% of your total purchase or $11.00 for all orders
under $50.00. Please enclose your completed order form and your check or
money order, made payable to Hamilton Dahlia Farm. If you would like to pay by
credit card, you can order on our website at store.hamiltondahliafarm.com . No
orders will be shipped until payment is received unless previous credit has been
established. All orders will be shipped mid to late April, 2010 unless another date
is requested.
