Hamilton Dahlia Farm is a 4 acre farm located in Hamilton, MI.  Owner Janet Koop Brondyke sells dahlias as cut flowers at local farmers' markets, to florists, and for special  events and weddings.  We specialize in dinnerplate dahlias!

Spring Tuber Sale

We will be having our 2nd annual dahlia tuber sale at HDF on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 9 am - 1 pm.  We will be selling crates of undivided tubers for $45.00 each.  Each crate will be of all one variety.  One crate of undivided tubers yeilds approximately 100 tubers to plant (this can vary with each variety).  We will soon be posting a list of the varieties that will be available at the sale.  As the sale date gets closer, we will have the number of crates of each variety that we'll have so you'll know what to expect.  To be fair to all of our customers, we cannot hold crates for you.  Crates will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.  We will be at the bulb house by 8:00 am with coffee and muffins, so you're welcome to come early.  Doors to the sale will open promptly at 9:00.  You must bring containers for all of the tubers you purchase such as lawn bags, plastic totes, boxes, etc.  Bring more than you think you'll need.  It is also helpful to have some way to label your containers with the variety name.  The sale with be held at our bulb house at 4681 134th Ave, Hamilton, MI 49419.

Again this spring, you can buy our dahlia tuber packages from DeBruyn Seed Co. in Zeeland, MI.  They will carry many or our small, medium and large varietes beginning in mid-March.  They will ship them as well, if you're not from the area.

What We Do

We sell our dahlias as cut flowers from late July - late September/ early October:

•  2 Local Farmers' Markets
• Local Florists
• Local Weddings

We do not ship our cut flowers or deliver them so you must be within driving distance if you are considering using our dahlias for your wedding.
